BIJOUX is the medium-small among Bismac dropping machines, therefore it’s suitable for small companies in the pastry, bakery, restaurant, self-service (Ho.Re.Ca.), agritourism, family production units, organic sector, gluten-free and carbohydrate-free doughs.

It is a very compact modular dropping machine which, despite its small size, keeps its modularity modular like the larger versions, based on the customer’s production needs and easy to use.

The versatile 4 ″ Touch Screen allows, by introducing the appropriate parameters, to have the data of all your productions entered and stored, just by selecting the recipe based on the name with which it was stored and the machine will start to operate automatically.
It’s also possible to change the parameters during the dosing phase (when the machine is in cycle), without changing the original recipe settings. This has been foreseen because the doughs can vary in density so, for example, the speed of the nozzles rotation, the speed of the rollers or of the conveyor belts, will have to be increased or decreased accordingly.
